Savita stands for SUN in marathi (origin is Sanskrit) and PARIJAT is a very famous tree with different flowers. This was a pen name of my father which he took while he was studying in nineth standard. Born and brought up ai place called Saundalaga Dist Belgaum.He developed his inclination towards writing and became poet. This features service was started just four years before he died(12th April 2009). He intially was a teacher and then became a journalist and againa he became a teacher and when he retired worked as a spiritual mediatation trainer in Bindu chowk jail Kolahpur.He was a desciple of swami swaroopananad from Pawas Dist Ratnagiri.He was a very good columnist and wrote many great articles in newspapers as well as magazines.
